Eulogy Recordings newest signing Switchblade Killers have been forced to change the name of the band. The rock 'n roll/southern rock band have decided on their new name American Sixgun after being approached by a company that had already secured the name's trademark on media releases. "We weren't about to pay someone for a name that we, in all good faith, had come up with on our own. We're fortunate enough to have crossed this bridge before the release of our album on Eulogy. We've been blessed to make some wonderful fans and friends on this years Vans Warped Tour, and we know that this will be a minor issue for the band," says American Sixgun singer Zach Neil.

The album "The Devil In Your Bones" will be released this Fall on Eulogy Recordings. American Sixgun will be touring and supporting the East Coast and Mid-West this Fall and Winter including dates with Bayside, Sponge, Shooter Jennings and others.
